Pantalons beaucoup trop grands. Remboursement impossible car Gsou n'a jamais retiré le paquet que nous avons retourné, malgré 2 relances du transporteur (pourtant toutes les démarches ont été faites selon les indications transmises). On se retrouve avec des frais de retour payés pour rien et un pantalon, qui nous est finalement revenu en retour, immettable. Beaucoup d'argent et de temps perdus. Je ne recommande absolument pas!

Sehr enttäuschende und ärgerliche Erfahrung. Bereits die Versandkosten sind mit 16,79 € für normalen Versand unangemessen hoch. Nach der Retoure wurde mir zusätzlich ein Betrag von 22,40 € über Klarna berechnet. Laut Kundenservice wird darüber hinaus noch eine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr von 5 % vom Erstattungsbetrag einbehalten. Zusätzlich sind die Maßangaben im Onlineshop nicht korrekt. Die bestellte Ware fiel deutlich größer aus als angegeben, was die Retoure überhaupt erst notwendig gemacht hat. Hohe Versandkosten und zusätzliche Gebühren bei Rücksendungen empfinde ich als absolut nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich bin darüber sehr verärgert, werde hier nicht erneut bestellen und kann GSouSnow nicht weiterempfehlen.

Vi bestilte et skisæt (jakke og bukser) til en julegave. Bukserne var for små, dem sendte vi straks retur, det var dyrt at sende til Tyskland. Vi bad om en større størrelse... men vi venter stadig 😪 de når vist ikke frem til årets skitur.

I accidentally ordered a Large size for a snowboard jacket. I emailed them right away if it's possible to change my order to Medium and they got back to me as soon as possible and they were able to exchange my order to Medium. I was so happy when the told me that and I love the fit of the jacket. There's more room for me to put layers on and I love the color of the jacket too. They gave me the best customer service. Thank you GSouSnow fam!
