My therapist makes my experience totally awesome.

I am a provider that works with Grow. I have been locked out of the Grow system due to a tech issue for a full seven days now which has made it impossible for me to see my clients, contact my clients, complete notes, etc. I have sent multiple emails to provider support and called and emailed the intake department where I have been told that my issue has been “escalated” but to no avail. It has been impossible to get on the phone with anyone from Support or the IT department and it has taken days to get any responses via email. This situation is beyond unacceptable for me as a provider as well as for my clients (some of which I have no way of contacting). Not showing up for client sessions is damaging to the population of folks we work with, it looks poorly on me as a provider despite the fact that I have been doing everything in my power to get this resolved, and it looks poorly on Grow. I am BEYOND disappointed by this experience with Grow. Major changes need to be made in how support is offered to providers within Grow in order for ethical and reliable treatment to be provided going forward.

Terrible experience with this therapy service! I regret not believing the warnings from TikTok about their scammy practices. They never contacted my insurance and then attempted to charge me over $400 after 3 months, claiming it was my copay. As someone familiar with my insurance details, I know what my copays are for various services. They even tried to gaslight me by suggesting I didn't understand my own insurance. Save yourself the trouble and find a therapist elsewhere. Dealing with them will only worsen your mental health struggles.
