It helps my mental health
It helps my mental health. I was actually about to commit myself into psychiatric ward hospital to regain my sanity.

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. As a therapist with Grow, I feel supported by the staff and have gotten paired with clients that are a great fit. They offer flexibility and are transparent with how much I get paid/session. I recommend this platform to other therapists looking to fill up their schedules and take on client's who otherwise would not be able to afford therapy.

I started working with Grow Therapy in January 2025 and have received approximately 6 referrals so far which has been nice! The flexibility is amazing. My only concern moving forward is consistent referrals, but that's not something Grow can control. I really appreciate the marketing they do on your behalf, you won't find another company that will do more for less! The free CEUs are also an incredible bonus. The community platform is also a nice way to collaborate and network with other professionals. All in all, would definitely recommend!

The platform was easy to use and always there when I needed it. With my insurance at the time Grow was affordable and effective. I never had to question the quality of care that I would receive.

She is the first therapist my daughter has ever opened up to EVER. She likes talking to and doesn't say she's not talking to her like she has before. She takes the weird feeling away for my baby so she can be herself. I love her too
