Honestly, I originally thought Grow Therapy was just another internet scammy- therapy platform that wouldn’t work. Instead, it helped me find a therapist that was specifically suited for my needs & facilitated an easy appointment scheduling, attendance, & billing system. I have absolutely no complaints, Grow Therapy has transformed my therapy into a hassle-free, positive, and easy to access experience.

Grow Therapy is easy to navigate and provides the appropriate information to help you identify an expert who works best based on your individual needs. The scheduling process is seamless as well.

Grow has been great with taking care of credentialing and getting me online to start receiving referrals. I started getting referrals immediately upon being online with the platform. It's been a good balance, and I consistently get new clients.

GROW Therapy video calls are terrible quality. They freeze. They lag. The audio is garbled. This makes it almost impossible to have a therapy session. It is disruptive and so frustrating. Please address this!

Everything is pretty easy to use and understand

I started therapy last year to support my mental health, which wasn't bad, but there was room for improvement. The biggest issue was discovered when I started trying to resolve why my visits weren't getting billed to my insurance. It was at this time I discovered my therapist, unbeknownst to me, billed a false diagnosis for me. I have never had the disorder she submitted. She never once discussed this disorder with me so we could work through what this disorder means exactly. I believe if she had, we would've jointly came to the conclusion that this wasn't an issue for me. If I hadn't already decided to end therapy through Grow due to billing issues, I would've cancelled all outstanding appointments upon my discovery. Now I've got to fight to get this untrue diagnosis off my permanent health file, if I even can. Honestly, I'd give Grow Therapy ZERO stars if I could. 110% do not recommend.
