Dear Sabine, We deeply regret the experience you had with your recent order. Our aim has always been to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our customers, and it's evident that we fell short in this instance. Firstly, we sincerely apologize for the condition in which the sunflowers arrived. We understand the disappointment such an experience can bring, especially given your previous positive experiences with us. To clarify, upon receiving your initial notification 6 days ago, we responded within 24 hours and ensured that a full refund was processed and we also sent an apology. If this was not communicated effectively, we sincerely apologize for any oversight. We value the relationship we've built over the years, and your feedback gives us the opportunity to rectify and improve our processes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope you'll give us another chance to serve you in the future. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please do let us know. Warm regards, Joe

Tony, Wow, that's fantastic to hear! It's always a relief when you find a reliable source after previous disappointments. It's great that the plants arrived in pristine condition, especially considering the rough handling. I'm sure your pumpkins will thrive. Can't wait to hear how your flowers turn out when you order them next. Happy gardening! 🌱🎃🌸 Joe and the GrowJoy Team

Dear Mimi, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We did receive your help desk ticket, voicemail, and email, and they were all responded to promptly. However, there may have been a communication gap because we have yet to receive a single reply from you on any of them. A team member has processed a refund for you regarding the plants in question. We value the multiple orders you have placed with us this year and hope to have another opportunity to serve you better in the future. Please reach out directly for any further concerns. Warm regards, Joe and the GrowJoy Team
