The groomer confirmed but never showed up, bad service

Groomer was courteous and professional. Well done job on my cat.

Fantastic groomer, very gentle and caring!

I have a 2-year-old Great Pyrenees-Australian Cattle Dog-Collie-German Shepherd rescue who is sweet and affectionate but VERY fearful. Her coat was matted and she really needed a grooming. I discovered Groomit, booked an appointment, and crossed my fingers that it would go well. It went better than I could have dared to hope! I was assigned Meriam (who goes by Mimi), who arrived right on time. My dog Audie is usually very shy around new people, but she let Mimi pet her right away and even asked her for more cuddles (which she got). That's when I knew Audie was in great hands. Mimi spent a lot of time with Audie. She bathed her, trimmed her coat and her nails, neatened up Audie's furry feet, and dematted her. When Mimi was done, Audie looked fantastic! I'm definitely booking Mimi the next time Audie needs a grooming -- she was GREAT!!

Pedro Cardenas was wonderful with my poor old dog 😢

good service my cat never felt so alive 😩

Punctual and efficiency

our families had wonderful experiences. Isabelle is always happy to go get groomed. That says a lot.
