GroomitReviews of groomit.me

My dog's appointment included anal gland expression. However, my dog, Sleepy, continues to scoot his butt across the floor. This leads me to think that the procedure was not done or was done incorrectly.

Grooming was good except did not trim nails on Charlotte. This was a problem.

I’m overjoyed that my boy got his nails trimmed but I was very disappointed that he wasn’t very clean among other things but the groomer was nice.

They did an ok job this time. They brought my cat back kind of wet

They do good work but every time my dog gets groomed he limps for a week after. I have used them twice and both times, same thing.

Groomer was late for scheduled appointment and had issues with grooming my dogs face.....so her face was still very long.

Otis looked good at the end of his groom, but he wasn’t himself for several days afterwards.

The groomers were pretty good - but I paid them $60 cash for the flea treatments and a $40 tip. Then on 10/20 I was charged $60 from my bank account. I have emailed and texted and have not received a refund. Please cancel my Nov 16th appointment.
