Very Uneven cut I had to trim extra hunks of hair. Really felt overcharged

I thought I had chosen a good groomer who understood me and what was important to me and my pet. I purchased my pet because of her full, Flowing hair. Her hair is everything to me. I had the dog 5 months before getting her hair groomed and the only place matted badly was underneath her tummy. I was okay with shaving the tummy. Two months later, the groomer feels her hair is matted too bad for combing again, the groomer felt she needed to shave her all over. I agreed to it, but I felt like she didn’t try to save my baby’s hair. I felt like she was looking for an easy route to do her job. I was devastated with the hair cut. My dog looked liked she was malnourished with shaving her hair so low. we pay too much money for a cheap looking haircut on our babies.

They came out and did a dry bath on a golden doodle & a siberian cat and a regular bath on a short haired lab. I tried Groomit because my regular groomer was on vacation. When my regular groomer started on the golden doodle they said they don't think groomit brush her out before doing the dry shampoo because she is all matted and now needs to be shaved! They also did not clean her ears, tweeze the hair, and it could cause infection. I didn't love the dry shampoo for the cat. The short haired lab was good though.

My original appointment was for 10am. The groomer stated that she would not be able to make it until 11am. I reached out at 1130am to find out her ETA. She said 1240pm. With that being said, she finally showed up just before 2pm. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for her! The haircut was mediocre.

The cat came from grooming smilling bad. I ordered wet bath, and wasn't done.

My puppy was very nervous because he was rushing he has to go to another appointment and he couldn’t wait he wanna cancel my appointment and I told him since you are here cut my poppy hair I’m very thiisplease and unhappy I will never use his service he need to take the bus to go from Nj to ny to he’s other apoiment He was drying blowing whit strong blower into my poppy face I’m so pi—-off for $110.00 he said nex time I will have more time ,now my 1 and half year old poppy is afraid to blowers 😡

Did not perform all services included in package , needed my assistance handling my 3 1/2 lb dog. I normally groom my dog myself, there was hair in places I never thought possible after groomer finished . Will not use again, will not recommend

I had to ask for the things that where included to be done. Haircut was uneven and amateur looking. Not what would be expected from a "pro"
