The company is responsive
The company is responsive. The directions for putting the grill together are sub par. Not clear and video was also not specific. The cover order was discontinued and the newer cover was very expensive and that was not ok. Request for discount ignored

Very deceitful business
Very unreliable. First time I ordered, they gave me a great deal and a day after I placed the order, they emailed that they were out of stock and didn't know when it would be back in however if I paid another $600 for shipping, they could get it from another warehouse, even though their website says free shipping over $400. I declined and asked for a refund. A few weeks later, I contacted them and asked if they had gotten it back in stock. They said they had. I placed an order that day and again, a day later got the same email that they were out of stock but if I paid for shipping (this time $200) they would send it from another warehouse. Again I cancelled and got the item from the manufacturer shipped in three days, for less than this company was charging even though they never fulfill the orders. I don't know how they are still in business and why Kenyon allows them to claim they are distributors of their products. Avoid at all costs.

Awful experience.
Awful experience. Took way too long to get anything, and then received the wrong size grill cover. Company at one point sent a false supposed proof of delivery but it was from the wrong carrier and had no name or street address for the alleged recipient. Then I have been trying to get a refund after sending them photos of the grill with a tape measure and just got jerked around. Finally had to go to my credit card company to get my refund.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by this experience. We understand how disappointing it was to receive the incorrect grill cover size and the delays encountered during the resolution process. A full refund has since been issued for the order. The reason the matter could not be resolved more promptly was due to our shipping and return policy requirements, which include retaining the original packaging for return or replacement processing. Unfortunately, the original packaging had already been discarded. Technically, we were willing to provide a replacement since the issue was related only to the incorrect size received; however, the return policy requirements needed to be followed in order for us to proceed accordingly. Please note that the item is required to be returned, and we are currently working on this process. As the order has already been fully refunded, we are unable to proceed with further action without your response to our email. We kindly ask that you reply so we may assist you appropriately. We appreciate your feedback and apologize again for the inconvenience.

POOR! Took 6 months to get replacement parts. Promised soon to receive and than oh wait another month. By the time I received I had already purchased a different grill, now three different charge
POOR! Took 6 months to get replacement parts. So purchased different kind of grill and now trying to return the parts as do not trust quality as the initial grill did not last long. Now have three different charges to return/too costly to return.

I had given up on finding replacement…
I had given up on finding replacement burners for my Primo gas ceramic grill. G420. I had one replacement set, through Primo, that took 8 weeks to receive. They failed quickly. Primo stopped making the GS version a few yrs ago. I found these guys on a search, one of many, a saw they made replacement burners!!! Just received them, so unsure of end result. But I at least have hope! Best ‘grill’ I’ve ever had. Like an outdoor convection oven, w smoking! Hope to get back at it this weekend!!!
