Our outdoor grill island is beautiful. The staff at Grill Collection was very efficient and kept us posted on the delivery. When the item was delivered it was packed very well. The delivery person was awesome.

Delayed and re-scheduled delivery. I contacted Grill Collection and never heard back. I dealt directly with 2 delivery companies and finally resolved.

The only complaint is that the delivery was left at my mailbox and if I would not have been home it could have been stolen other than that everything is good!

The only thing that I was disappointed about was that I had to always be the one to ask for an update on my order. I wish that they would have given me updates every couple of weeks.

I received a damaged item which looks like it happened during the shipping. It has been a week and have not heard back from anyone and this has caused major delays in outdoor kitchen project.

I ordered a simmer grill for my Ilve range and after several weeks I was told it got damaged in process. Instead of apologizing for the delay and ordering me another one they actually asked me to send an additional $20.00 in shipping costs. I have been in business for 25 years and I have never heard of a vendor error being passed on to the customer. I shared this with them and they didn't care. I hope this negative review was worth the $20.00 that they saved. I will never order another thing from them again.

Hey Dorcas, This is definitely not the type of experience that we want you to have. However, due to an ongoing supply chain issue. The US Market is really affected by the pandemic. Our warehouse is currently experiencing delays with the shipment and production from manufacturers. We are always striving to improve our services and products. We truly appreciate your feedback.
