Do not recommend for loan funding. There is a preliminary assessment process for a car loan without a credit check - from that process I was given the go ahead to apply. Then once the application was in and my credit score checked the assessment went on for 4 days without any communication. Customer service is terrible too as I called several times and after long delays no help. Seems they have moved customer service to India. I’m moving to a big bank.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I have been on hold almost all day trying to verify a payment as true. I understand there can be complications and with the way of the world now, I get it. But seriously? It would take 2 minutes to verify this payment yet I have waited 4 hours to do so. Why not hire more operators? Definitely going to be looking for a new bank, this is disgusting.

The staff at the Dandenong Branch were all fantastic. We approached them to change our bank accounts and spoke to Gucci. She explained everything to us, gave us as much information as possible and set up accounts and assisted husband with his internet banking (he's a techno tragic!). We had to contact a few times to follow up delays (not GSBs fault; they were caused by our previous bank not providing us with requested information). We were always greeded by name (even though we had only just started coming in) and, if Gucci wasn't available, we were assisted by Kristen or Belinda who were also brilliant.

Horrendous, Unprofessional, Incompetent, No one takes responsibility for anything. Was glad to be done with them. The level of incompetence was astounding time and time again. All I can say is AFCA is the avenue to take. Don’t waste your time waiting for them to “resolve” anything. It just won’t happen.

I would stay clear of this so called Bank, opened an account 1 day ago, I wasn’t able to transfer instantly, wake up this morning to be advised the account is locked and in hands with the integrity team, and had to wait for them to call, but was unable to give me a timeframe, consultant offered to lodge a complaint and someone would be in contact within 10days . They have left me with zero money for not sure how long. JOKE

Transferred from my bank to theirs and besides taking days to clear my account, it is now supposedly withheld in no man’s land and has been for over a week. Absolutely useless.

Walked in to open an account, the bank was completely empty other than the 2 services representatives standing at their desk. After standing there waiting for 30 seconds, I was asked if I could be assisted, I asked to open an account but was told I had to make an appointment and come back again because there was only 2 reps there at that time and new accounts are opened sitting down at the round table in the middle of the bank. Not even a moments thought given to the time I’d spent on getting certifications of identity, getting to the bank, the fact that the bank was completely empty, or maybe just maybe opening the account at the desk instead of sitting down at the table god forbid….I tried to support this smaller bank….but then went to CBA instead where the service couldn't have been more helpful.
