I do NOT recommend TAFS to any trucking company. This factoring company seems unable to resolve almost any issues. If a broker stops answering their phone calls or emails, TAFS automatically issues a chargeback to the carrier. Before you haul a load for a broker, TAFS gives you the green light and approves the broker. However, when the broker fails to pay, somehow YOU end up being held responsible. They can delay your payments at any time, and when you ask for an explanation, they often fail to provide a clear and direct answer. Instead of collecting the money from the brokers, they put the burden on the carrier and tell you to resolve the issue yourself. Their fees and percentages also seem inconsistent and vary from one situation to another. They deduct money for multiple services, including invoice processing, and the actual cost ends up being higher than what is presented in the agreement. In my experience, TAFS is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and frustrating to work with. Carriers work hard for every dollar, and we deserve transparency, accountability, and reliable service from our factoring company. I would not recommend TAFS to anyone.

I currently factor with Tafs and I’m tell u now they are horrible DO NOT DO Business with them , I repeat Do not do business with them , they have horrible customer service once u sign up ! They are like working for the MOBB ! Take your business else where

I wish I could give this company and Big River Financial a negative rating, because even one star is a joke. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional mess I have ever dealt with not to mention that they already own me over $7000.00 SMH! They are experts at dodging calls and ignoring emails whenever you actually need help, yet they are magically available the second it is time to sneak another hidden fee out of your account. It is clear they care more about squeezing every cent out of people than actually providing a decent service. Their staff is incompetent, their communication is nonexistent, and their business practices are straight-up shady. Do not fall for their lies or their polished sales pitch. As being an owner of Elite Transport Specialists I encourage anyone to not factor with this company. They charge $6 invoice fee and monthly fees not listed on the contract. They will breach your contract by not paying on time. If you have an issue they will respond that they will look into it or to contact someone else and no one ever does anything. As of now they owe me 3 loads that have been processed over 2 weeks ago and no one answers. No response through email or phone number. Stay away from tafs so your business won’t suffer from being at risk of going out of business.
