Always a positive experience.

Your prices are great. You guys were recommended to me through another contractor. I was skeptical because the distance you are from me. But I figured you delivered. I called on a day you were open and time that you were open, got an answering service 4 times and never got a call back that day. So I tried again 4 days later, got a sales person and talked prices and found out they could deliver that week, that was 8:30 am. I called at 11:30 to see if I could get matching screws and plugs,again confirmed that they could deliver that week. Sales person said yes again and was suppose to call me back about the plugs,again no call back. I called at 2:30 and was told by same sales person that he could get the plugs and screws but needed to double check on delivery day and would call back in 15 minutes. No call, I called at 4:20 and talked to another sales person and found out that they could not deliver that week. Between the answering service and the sales people, not sure I would ever waste my time again even for great prices.

Absolutely awesome experience with Great Railings. We picked up our railing today and everyone was so helpful. A special shout out to TONY who pulled and loaded our order. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful. My husband and I are both in management and we know how difficult it is to find folks like him. The other guys were great too so don't want to overlook them but TONY went above and beyond in our book. You can be proud of your team. From the office staff to the guys pulling orders. We'll be back for sure to pick up some decking in the not too distant future! Thanks for setting such a GREAT example!

Great prices, everything is in stock. Prompt responses to all my questions and they even recommended an installer.

I couldn't have been happier with my purchase from Great Railing. First of all you will not find a better price any where else. Their customer service is the best. When my product, decking and railing, was delivered we discovered that the railings were wrong. They sent the updated parts we needed with no questions asked at no extra charge. I would order from them again if needed and will highly recommend them.
