Great RailingReviews of greatrailing.com

I ordered a white PVC fence, a black vinyl fence, Trex for a very large deck, and special order deck railings. Delivery was fast and my special order was made in two days where other companies told me 6-12 weeks. Everyone I dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful. Best prices snd all quality merchandise. Thank you to Jessica In the office, Mario, who I later found out was the owner and Mike my delivery person for a terrific experience.

Great customer Servixe

the product is good but the managing of the delivery is horrible. when the delivery was mad missing a spray can. they said they will do overnight delivery. however, I had to follow up a few times to get the item. The staff does not care. when the fence was getting installed one more item was missing. Now my project will be incomplete and they said they will deliver the missing item a week later. Very disappointed with the place. they should own up to their mistake support the request!

Pre-paid for material which they had in stock but did not have for delivery 2 weeks later, now I’m getting a runaround as to when it’s going to be available,,,,

Left after paying for a 11,000 order to then get and email stating they forgot to charge me for a 42in handrail price difference from a 36 but before handing CASH over i was told the price remains the same and she gladly took my cash. There excuse was due to a new system ..but I've heard that 1.5yrs ago but this was a 600$ cash difference this time.. And when I called there mistake was not acknowledged and I have to take the hit when they told me it was same price and I couldn't pick my order up with out paying off balance....

Great service. Delivery guys were quick and courteous. Delt mostly be email response was timely. Called to place order the gentleman man and the phone was pilot and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase my next fence or decking project from them.

I have used Great Railings for several years in a row on different projects around the house. I am handy but not a contractor so the family and I do it all ourselves. The stair railings were the hardest to do but they came out great. Highly recommend Great Railings.

They had everything in stock that I needed and the salesperson was very nice and helpful.
