Great RailingReviews of greatrailing.com

I appreciate the availability of the materials, and styles that we want, however, I wish the company was a little more organized. We've had to make three, four-hour round trips, to obtain the materials that we could have picked up in one trip.

Service was great. Returned my call in a timely manner. Only problem was with packaging and wrapping of the material! Spindles weren't wrapped well and were loose! Had rape on the spindles and were roughed up in shipping! Had some scratches on them and a few chips! If they would of our them in a box would of made a big difference! Everything else was good.

Left after paying for a 11,000 order to then get and email stating they forgot to charge me for a 42in handrail price difference from a 36 but before handing CASH over i was told the price remains the same and she gladly took my cash. There excuse was due to a new system ..but I've heard that 1.5yrs ago but this was a 600$ cash difference this time.. And when I called there mistake was not acknowledged and I have to take the hit when they told me it was same price and I couldn't pick my order up with out paying off balance....

Great Railings is great because it is closer to home. However, I do not like that they charge a 3% fee if one uses a Credit Card for Charges.

I would think that when I order 2600.00 in fencing the least they could do is cut the pickets to length, but no the customer has to cut the pickets. Outrageous

We need an account that does not charge us for a credit card fee. And does not makes wait to set up a delivery until payment is made. We can Zelle payments. No fees and you get the money in seconds.

Just feel delivery fees are way out of line. Highest of all suppliers

Rena in the office was awesome. She answered many questions and sent me plenty of information for a straight week. I’d give her 5 starts alone but the yard there is an absolute nightmare. I know I’m not the first or last one to say so. The guys in the yard seemed to not really care about anything. I’d be willing to bet there’s a lot of damaged product there. Will see how my relatively expensive product comes in.
