Great Property Manager in Indianapolis
I own 6 rental properties in Indianapolis and recently transitioned to using Great Jones as my property manager. So far, the experience has been great! Their web platform is simple to use, the representative they assigned me to work with (Justin) always takes care of problems, and their prices are great. If you're looking for a property manager in the Indianapolis area, they're the best I've found! If you have any questions, please let me know and I'd be happy to answer them.

Great Jones Review
All the multitude Of departments are difficult to reach nor do they return calls. So many different departments that handle different issues. Also after reviewing all the charges, we had many incorrect charges. Not happy at all.

This is my first experience with Great Jones, they are definitely legit & have a recipe for successfully managing multiple properties. The process is overwhelming at first but you realize there's a reason soon as you see the fruits of your labor. You need to do your part for Great Jones to do their part. They will definitely keep you on your toes initially
