As a property owner
As a property owner, I'm pleased I hired Great Jones Property Management & feel they offered competitive pricing for services offered. I handled the rental for 20 years but was ready to release the responsibility. I had the property move in ready but they found & screened new tenant in 6 days. Now I am getting direct deposit regularly.

I am a new applicant
I am a new applicant. About 3 days ago i applied for a home. 2 days later it was not for rent anymore. That means they took my fee for a home that had already been rented. I called and called and all i got was a recording with some bs on it. I am so dissatisfied.

It's hard to actually speak with a…
It's hard to actually speak with a person, due to high call volumes. However, the two ladies I spoke with Ali and Tawny were very helpful, courteous and easy to work with. Get about 10 more employees like them so clients dont have to wait for call backs, and can get the info they need right away.

We are not happy with the property…
We are not happy with the property management group at this point. I have been trying to reach them for a week and no one has called me back.

I found Great Jones to be informative and helpful. They told me everything I needed to know about the transitioning from my previous property manager to Great Jones.

If you’re looking for a property mgmt, keep looking.
If I could rate this company less than 1 Star I would. If you are looking to rent your home through a property manager in the Charlotte area, STAY AWAY. They will waste your time and waste your money. I have not heard from my property manager in over a month, even after sending a very long and angry email explaining my frustrations. I have to babysit them to ensure things are getting done like the inspection, posting photos of my property, and listing it! Apparently it takes over a week after they receive photos of the property to even list it! They don’t give you updates, you are left in the dark until you contact them about it, if they even answer the phone. My house has been on the market for 3 weeks now and I have no idea where it stands. Awful customer service, no professionalism, no answers. Stay far far away.
