My husband and I started our process of searching for a new home about a month ago and found Great Jones on Zillow and Rently.com. The application process is very simple and straight forward, however sometimes there is a lag between the houses that are actually available vs. the one you apply for so make sure to call and verify before you apply. This happened to my husband and I, however they were very apologetic about the miscommunication and transferred our application to an available home with no hesitation. We were assigned a move in specialist named Ali to assist us with any questions or concerns. When we were approved she sent us a welcome email immediately! Provided her information to us Incase we were confused about anything. She has been great!! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions! We will definitely recommend Great Jones!

No water in our house I had to turn off because of broken hose bid. Was told fix it yourself or wait untill tommorow. Single dad with two daughters now no bath or laundry for us. Guess I'll just get take out and fill the toilet with gallon jugs. Edit: This is correct I was just having a bad day and took it out on Great Jones people. I appreciate the fact that it was quickly fixed.

With any issues that happen outside of normal business hours, you can expect someone on our 24-hour line to help you resolve the issue on the phone to keep everything as safe and functional as possible until we can dispatch a vendor. We unfortunately couldn't request an emergency vendor with the leak being stopped by the main shut-off, and we should have done a better job setting that expectation on the call. A tornado made my family's townhome uninhabitable in Seneca, South Carolina. We found a rental house nearby owned by Great Jones of Greenville. After explaining our situation, filling out an application, and paying the fifty dollar application fee, we were looking forward to moving in the rental in the next few days. We didn't hear anything on the third day, so my wife called up to see where we were in the application process. They informed us the house was no longer available. My wife was mad, so I decided to call Great Jones to figure out why they had not informed us. When I called I asked about the rental, and the Great Jones rep told me it was available (she didn't know my wife had called an hour earlier). Within two hours of my wife calling it went from unavailable to available. The next day, we called it was unavailable again. It seems as if Great Jones already had a renter, but still enjoyed collecting the application fees. The sales rep by the name of Kyle was dishonest, rude, and doesn't know how to treat customers. Since a lot of people lost their homes in the area due to the tornado, there is no telling how much this company made on the application fees for the two rentals they own in Seneca. It's sad when a business makes money on the misfortune of others. This business is a scam. Watch out.

I am very frustrating with Great Jones Management, both property manager and accounting team. I have been trying to contact Great Jones by phone and email for the last 10 days but no ones bother to return my emails. Great Jones has managed my property since beginning 1/2020. We agreed that utilities service is between Great Jones and Tenants, owner will not be involved in this agreement. Great Jones will bill tenants directly with $10 service fee each month, each service. What I have been told was wrong. After the contract was signed, Great Jones made me pay $340 for electric deposit + $2.75 administrative fee. The month after that, Great Jones made me pay $216 for water deposit. It did not stop here. 3 months after tenants moved in, Great Jones took out $124.84 for water service for January from my account balance. I've been trying to get the problem resolved without success. One exception, Louis, the Field Property Manager, has done a fantastic jobs!
