Hairdresser was decent, trying to use coupon was NIGHTMARE, WOULD NOT HONOR, TRIED IN PAST , SAME RESULTS, EVEN SHOWED THE HAIRDRESSER THE COUPON ON INTERNET GREAT CLIPS WOULD NOT HONOR. VERY DISSAPOINTED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. HAIR CUT SEEM 5 MINUTE HAIRCUT, REALLY, ????

They did fairly good job. Kinda sucked was in store at register checking in, someone came in after me and say they checked in online, and I was then told to wait while they took the online person so I waited an additional 10 minutes for the haircut, other than that service was good, employees were nice.

Never going back. Got shook down with a sob story for a tip. She said her friend got fired. Then proceeded to almost pass out, twice. miraculously after I consoled her she was fine. Had other hair dressers that made good conversation without drama.

I went to the Oak Forest location which I always go to. Lavina was rude. Never said a word when I first got there. I told her don't touch the back and half inch on the rest. As she was chomping on candy or gum she immediatly cut the back off. Then proceeded to cut an inch off the rest as she was bad mouthing another employee that was working next to her. I have been going there for years and never had a bad experience. The employee she was talking about, Bridget, is my favorite. Terrible experience.

I went to get my haircut and I always get the same haircut that I always do. When I got home and washed it, I realized one side was longer than the other. So, I went back a few days later. So, yesterday I returned to get it fixed. She keep on cutting my hair. By the time she was done, I had a boys haircut. (I'm a female). I'm so upset. It's going to take months for it to grow out. They really need to pay attention to what people want done. They need to listen to their customers instead of rushing through it

I’ve been going to Great Clips for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I w been getting a Pixie cut and some might think no big deal. That depends on how many calyx’s and it’s all based on your hair thickness, texture, wave/curl, straight, etc. Nikki at the Spring Hill Fl location on Mariner and county Line has been cutting my hair for a couple years now and always does an outstanding. She really listens to your requests and explain what your hair is like. Recently, I wanted to to try something different. I brought a picture and I thought I’d never be able to get this straighter like style. She said, yes we can work this and get this. Let me tell you, BEST HAIRCUT EVER!!! I wish I would have asked sooner. I just thought I could never have it, based on my wave. She figured it out and getting my hair thinned out to get this cut was like a miracle!!! I Love it!!! I highly recommend the Spring Hill Salon and I highly recommend Nikki. She’ll have you walking out of there looking like a Model!!!

Great clips in Chelsea. Emma gave me a shampoo and cut today. Fast, friendly, professional service on a busy Saturday morning. Will be back!

Today I got my haircut with Tamara. She was fast and professional and did a great job. She is always personable and easy to chat with while getting my haircut. I will definately continue using them as my hair salon of choice.
