On-line check-in for the Clareview location
On-line check-in for the Clareview location in Edmonton is a joke. We reserved two spots on line. When we arrived - right on time - we were the top two names, but the person who was number 3 on the list was given first place. Then, while one of us was served another client walked in with on indication on the wait board that she had a reservation, but was taken next anyway. Now the wait time for our second person was indicated at 25 minutes Needless to say, we were not prepared to wait longer: who knows how many others would have been given preference. The stylist did say that the on-line check-in is not synchronized with what they use to determine who's next. By the way, the first person's haircut was okay.
