I walked in and I was treated with warmth and respect by Ashely up in My Pocono Plaza . She engaged with me in conversations and did a great job on my hair it!! I went in not sure of what to do she took the time I needed and she helped me get the haircut I was looking for, She did it and I love it ❤️ Great place Great Clips!!! Ashley is A+++++++

I visited the Foley Alabama salon on Sunday 9/27.I specifically asked that the cut not be above the middle of my ears related to hearing aids remaining hidden as a dignity issue. My request was totally disregarded and when I reminded the stylists of my request she continued to cut telling me they won’t show, but they do..in addition my hair is the shortest it’s been since birth.so disappointing that my dignity has been compromised as I head to a family reunion next week. Tell your stylists to listen to the clients they serve and not be so self absorbed.

I asked multiple questions at the counter and had 3 staff members answering them only to be WAY overcharged at checkout. I said I wanted a haircut and was trying to decide whether to have it blowdried instead of walking out with wet hair. After discussing options I ended up being charged $60!! BEFORE tip. If I wanted to pay $40 for JUST a blow dry it would not be at GreatClips. On top of that, their sign says $18 for haircut and they charged me $20 and did not give me the Senior Discount. Never again.

Great clips Wilson NC. Thanks Toni, for a great cut, fantastic job. I love it! Trusted you and so glad I did.

more than once asked for a specific cut and made sure they understood what I wanted. got the same thing every time...just cut straight across. I think that's all they know how to do. not going back

Uneven cut . Wonderland rd London Ontario

I always get my haircut at Great Clips at Westgate mall in Maple Ridge. Azi cuts my hair, she's the only stylist who's allowed to touch my hair. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, kind, gentle and caring. I highly recommend Azi, she is definitely the best of the best!!!
