Great clips haircuts are hit or miss at best. I have had good ones and bad ones. My experience yesterday was bad and I will never return to great clips. Got a very questionable haircut where the stylist could not layer my hair properly…Think bowl over the head and cutting everything that was visible. Went back the very same day to get it fixed and was told I had to pay for another haircut since I didnt have my receipt. Who is the corporate idiot at Great Clips who made up that policy? Called customer care(LESS) only to be told tough luck. So I will find a professional stylist elsewhere to fix my haircut. Deleting my Great Clips app and closing out my account...

I went in for a Haircut because it had been over 2 months and I was shabby and a young lady named Caroline was the one to call me and she was just great and very helpful not in a rush & took her time and the overall experience was just great and I will go back to the store in Asheboro N.C at the Wal Mart center.

Great experience kids love their hair cuts.My stylist Karia was awesome did a great job on the fade. Things were done in a timely manner. All the costumers seemed happy and I look forward to going back.

I went to great clips in king nc i got my hair cut by a girl named Brandy ,not only did she give me the worse hair cut i have ever had she had an attitude like she would rather be any where else and cutting someones hair was below her.

Got hair cut at Hampton Village by Elvira. Did a 10-minute cut. It looked somewhat OK when the hair was still damp. When I got home it puffed out looking horrible.  Went to Super Cuts the next day to fix it. Spent time on my hair rather than a 10-minute hack job.  Will never go back to your salon.  BTW - I did try putting product in my hair and still horrible.  Most times hair stylists are social and talk to clients during cutting.  Not her, but maybe cause only spent 10 minutes. But seemed a bit rude.

I arrived 10 minutes before the online check-in said I was next at the Palm Desert Country Club location: watched as 2 stylists went to Starbucks, bathroom and basically ignored the 4 customers waiting for a haircut - after waiting an additional 20 minutes and watching the 3rd stylist cut only one customers hair, I left as I was still 3rd in line. Avoid this shop - bad attitude.

Great Clips - Scottsdale AZ Chaparral Plaza. I wanted to say thank you to Esther, Olga and the gang at this particular Great Clips. I am always treated so good and always get a good haircut! I just wanted to put this out there!
