Abby at the southwest Topeka branch is great! She takes the time for my hair to lay nice. Even after a few days I can tell I have gotten a quality cut.worth the wait.

Worst haircut I have ever had. I cried when she was done and she tells me to have a nice day? I asked her, how am I supposed to do that? She just looked at me, and then walked away. I told her several times that I wanted it cut to sit on my shoulders. I kept asking her if she understood what I wanted, and she said that she did.The next thing she said was for me to put my head down and my hair went from the middle of my back, to not even touching my collar!! I cry when I look in the mirror. I wear my beanie every where I go. I'm glad that it's cold out, because I don't know what I'm going to do when it starts getting warm. I'm really sad.

My experience at Great Clips has been excellent since Hope became my stylist, She is warm and friendly to her customers and her haircuts are consistently to my liking. She pays attention to detail so that my cuts are perfect every time. There are other locations close by but I choose to patronize the SCC location for Hope’s service.

I ussually get my hair cut here and they are ussually good. This time they didnt even litsen to what I wanted they cut it shorter then i told them. I wanted curtain bangs and they rushed it and when i got home some bang was longer then the hair cut and the sides wernt even. The syilst didnt go in front and measure it they just snipped and didnt care. I also told them uhh and they knew i didnt like it but didnt try to change it when i comunicated ... i had to fix my hair when i got home..

I have been bringing senior clients here for a couple years. With that said , I truly do not like going into the Lewisburg location due to the lack of professionalism and friendliness. Today was the exception; The Manager was very kind, and Riley was a breath of fresh air ‼️. She talked with my client and asked questions about her hair that previous stylists haven’t. Pleasantly surprised. Thank you Ladies for your good service.

I have been going here for a while now in McMinnville tn and they have allways done good but recently on 1/13/24 I came in for the usual cut I get and the person that gave me this cut did not do what I asked and completely ruined the style. It’s was sapose to be a slick back hair style and I said that but he comes it over und cuts half the hair off that I have been growing out
