Everyone is kind and knowledgeable.
The process of our opening new saving and checking accounts was professional. We walked out with excellent resources and confidence that all our questions were answered.

Excellent examples of community
This company does not just excel at banking, they go above and being as members of a community making every person feel like they are part of a banking family. Some of the best examples of human beings work at Great Basin Federal Credit Union and I love them for it.

Very best company for finanace best for getting loan very low interst very fast and good service

Creating a joint account wasn't as easy…
Creating a joint account wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. That is why I only gave 4 stars. We repeatedly had to sign the same paperwork to be able to see our joint account on our own user logins. Then I had to sign more paperwork when I wanted to do online payments with our joint account. Not sure what happened but it was a pain and took over a month to get everything sorted out.

Customer service were helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions regarding my trust fund. I feel comfortable with them.

Perhaps the most important thing to me…
Perhaps the most important thing to me is that I've never been sent on some time- devouring, wild goose chase because someone at Great Basin either gave me the wrong info or didn't feel like doing their job. Big thumbs up to the staff at GBFCU! Oh, AND these guys were the ONLY bank to approve the loan for my dream truck!!! 😁 Thank you Great Basin!
