gravastar.comReviews of gravastar.com

Everything about the keyboard was perfect. The art, quality, details, keycaps, were all gorgeous. The typing on the v75 pro is like no other. It truly felt and sounded incredible. The only issue I had was the mirror screen thing that displays the gravastar symbol was all scratched up upon arrival. I tried to peel the blue thing hanging off the side to get the top protective layer off, but there didn’t appear to be one on the screen to begin with. The pull tab left sticky adhesive where it lied before, which was hard to get off. The screen itself works just fine, but major scratching upon arrival is weird.

Great looking and well functioning products

Great company, just the delivery times takes about 1 month to germany

Buyer beware if you purchase anything from this company; after receiving the item (Mercury X Pro), if you find that it does not work as expected or does not meet your standards for a "premium" tech product, you will face a VERY difficult time getting them to accept the return, if you manage to get that far. I bought the new Mercury X Pro mouse and discovered that the scrolling feature and settings for macOS are very underwhelming, lagging when trying to scroll up or down a page, unless you free-spin the wheel, which makes reading lines of code or searching through a document unbearable. (Update as of 9/4/25), I am still battling with customer service, jumping through hoops, trying to get the return started, and receiving a refund. (Update on 9/24/25), I was finally able to get a refund from the company for the mouse. Although it took me to continuously pursue the CS team, with several follow-up emails seeking updates and wondering if they would ever send me a return label to have my request taken care of. I can't say this really changes my initial review, as this process was way too complex and time-consuming for me.
