I love the mouse and keyboard i order. But the delivery took a long time to Get to my address. I would still recommend buying from gravastar.

Delivery was quite fast and product looks and feels great. However the calibration of the keys were inconsistent on my WASD sometimes being too sensitive and moving when im not touching it, and sometimes not responding when i press. Fortunately after more usage it has stopped. But not sure whether it will happen again in the future.

It takes a lot of days for you to receive the package but everything else went great

Only thing that in my order not the best is that my package was split in two and I am wainting for second half

Good customer service, but shipping could be improved Overall, my experience with GravaStar has been good. The customer service has been helpful and they have responded to my questions and concerns. The shipping process was a little slow, but everything was handled and my order is moving forward. However, I did have an issue with the shipping cost. One day the shipping was $35, and the next day it increased to $55 even though I hadn't changed anything in my order. I contacted customer service about it, and they told me that after placing the new order they would check the actual shipping cost and refund the difference if applicable. At the moment, I am still waiting for that refund, so the issue hasn't been completely resolved yet. Hopefully they will process the refund as promised. I appreciate the customer service team's willingness to help, and I hope GravaStar can improve the consistency and transparency of international shipping costs in the future.

Great products the only thing that’s keeping me from rating it 5 stars is the constant struggle I’ve had getting my keyboard in, but I know when the quality is good that it will take a while so I recommend this product to everyone

I really love Gravastar products. The k98pro keyboard is awesome, feels really great and very thocky typing experience and the switches are just heavy enough that my essential nervous tremors dont accidentally trigger double or triple taps. The mercury x pro mouse is so light it feels like a toy but doesnt feel like i'm going to break it. The only reason i took a star is just because of the wait time, but that is because of my impatience.

The mercury k1 looks very nice as well as the M1 Pro mouse but I ordered it on the 7th and still haven’t got it so I’m a bit bummed about that but can’t wait to get it
