Slow shipping led to other disappointments
Shipping was slow and no communication until I reached out asking about my order. Then the items came via Amazon. I don't care how it's shipped or even if there is a delay, but when a product is delayed or shipped from 3rd party then communicating would greatly easy the mind. As for the 65w chargers and the bases I bought one of each color theme, 4 total with mounting bases. I REALLY like the chargers, the weight, colors, USB A and C. Unfortunately, two (distressed yellow, and the black) did NOT come with the decals that the distressed blue and white ones came with. Bit of a let down. These were my first Gravastar chargers and had the other 2 not come with the decals I wouldn't have know, but now that 2 came with and 2 did not I feel that I'm missing something 😞

Due to recent severe snowstorms, several of our fulfillment warehouses were impacted, which unfortunately caused unexpected delays. In some cases, orders were fulfilled through our Amazon logistics network to ensure faster final delivery, but we understand that this should have been communicated more clearly. We sincerely apologize for the stress this caused. Regarding order notifications, we do send order confirmation and shipping emails automatically after purchase, but we’ve noticed they can occasionally land in spam or junk folders. That said, we fully agree that this is not an excuse — clearer and more timely communication is something we are actively working to improve. As for the decals: the **distressed yellow and black versions do not include decals by design**. These special colorways feature additional surface treatments and unique coating finishes created by our designers, and we intentionally chose not to include decals so the original design would not be visually covered. The distressed blue and white versions follow a different design concept, which is why decals are included with those units. We completely understand how receiving decals with only part of your order could feel disappointing, especially as a first-time Gravastar charger customer, and we’re very sorry this wasn’t made clearer upfront. We’re genuinely happy to hear that you love the chargers themselves — the weight, color schemes, and dual USB-A / USB-C functionality mean a lot to us.
