If any issue occurs within this period and cannot be repaired, we always provide a brand-new replacement free of charge. We take customer service very seriously, and the claim that "hundreds of people have had the same issue with no support" does not accurately reflect our after-sales commitment. Regarding your specific speaker, since it was purchased 3 years ago, this particular original model has been discontinued, which is why individual repair parts are no longer available. However, we have since launched the upgraded Mars Pro V2, which features significant improvements in both hardware and performance. Even though your product is well outside the warranty period, we value you as an early supporter.
