My order was supposed to be here last week and it was sent out with UniUni(Out for delivery for 5 straight days) still haven’t received and today they said it’s been returned to warehouse or sender. I contacted the customer service from Gravastar and asked them for a replacement and to send it via UPS and they got me paying extra $23 for replacement and delivery again. Paid that and asked for an update now it’s been freaking 3 days and still haven’t received any update and response from the gravastar customer service. I was really excited to get the product and test it out BUT I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED NOW and will probably never deal with them. Anyone reading this hope you don’t have to deal with it and I would just buy from other brands cause this can happen to you too. Would give a 0 if there was an option, I was very patient about all this but it’s been almost two weeks and my patience level has ran out. Order #GR118838

I am incredibly sorry for the frustrating experience you've had with your delivery and the communication gap. This is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide at GravaStar. I want to look into this for you immediately. Could you please send an email directly to our dedicated support team at [email protected] with your order number #GR118838? I will personally flag this with our team so we can track down your package, check the UPS status, and figure out exactly what happened with the extra delivery fee and response delay. Thank you for your patience so far, and we genuinely want to make this right for you. Best regards,
Dillon R.

I changed my title and edited my review just to gave a valid proof about how great delivery service really is. I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. And yes, I live in the middle of nowhere simply because today is 02.07.2026 and Amazon just started to delivery products in my country! Unbelievable it is! Although, and unfortunately, it's truth. BUT GRAVASTAR DELIVERED MY SPEAKER. AT LEAST 4 YEARS AGO. TO MY DOORSTEP. And I can't exactly remember how long I waited for my order. But I perfectly well know that 4 years ago shipping in my country wasn't even possible. And I claim that Gravastar find a way to do imposible. I bought firstly one Captain Mars speaker. Still delighted with my buddy. After at least 3 years of unmerciful and almost daily use battery today lasts more than 10 hours! Sound is absolutely amazing! If you need any more reasons for buying, respect! But I didn't. And I bought one more🥰 Customers service is always polite, helpful and useful. Don't hesitate. Experience GravaStar ❤️

Hi Mirela, Greetings back to Bosnia and Herzegovina! Your review truly warmed our hearts and brought huge smiles to our entire team. We always strive to break boundaries—both in design and in getting our gear to our community, no matter where they are! We are so proud to hear that your first Mars speaker is still going strong with an incredible 10+ hour battery life after years of daily use, and we're honored to have you welcome a second buddy to your setup. Thank you for this amazing, legendary feedback! Best regards,

I absolutely love the Gravastar UFO switches I purchased. I have them in purple and white now, and they over deliver on the promise of great sound, function, and stem wobble. My advice would be to make them easier to navigate to and more forward facing on your website.

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback on our UFO switches! We're thrilled to hear that the sound, function, and stem wobble exceeded your expectations in both purple and white. We also really appreciate your constructive advice regarding our website layout. Making our products easily accessible is incredibly important to us, and I will share your suggestion directly with our web development team to improve our site navigation. Thanks again for your support! Best regards,
