Although I had delayed shipment, once I received the wine it was delicious, and I received a full refund. That was completely unexpected , I appreciate the company acknowledging the complication and trying so hard to rectify it. I will be ordering wine again. And I will recommend this company , customer service went above and beyond and they have an excellent product

Changed to one of my saved ship to address on order minutes after placing it and took a few weeks to get in touch after I sent two emails and the answer was they changed it for me. Now weeks later the order never shipped. Extremely bad customer service
