My order was given a coupon code for two glasses which already come with the large sampler pack I was wanting to get. The guy I talked to you on the chat said I could email the customer service and ask for them to exchange the coupon code for just a discount on the order instead of the glasses. I emailed, and they weren't willing to do that exchange to get a new customer. Not good business practice.

When i was just checking out the site on my phone to research their wine. I accidentally ordered at around 8 pm. When I noticed around 5am I asked them to cancel and explained what happened. I was told they cant cancel. But they could recall for a $25 fee. You can't cancel, but can recall, isn't that the same thing. I will never tell people to order from here. If you can't work with the customer. I wasn't going to never order just wanted to research more. I and borderline diabetic.

Nearly impossible to cancel your subscription.
Easy to sign up. Ok wine. Nearly impossible to find out how to cancel your subscription, even following their directions.

Your website is very confusing
Your website is very confusing. The automatic subscriptions are hard to cancel.
We refereed people and have not seen anything from Gratis. Phone support would be helpful. Do you have a store to buy the wine from. Delivery is frustrating as trying to be home to sign for the wine is difficult. It hasn't been right very often.

I didn't see anywhere that this is a sign up for life outfit. My niece asked me to order some because she said it was sugar free. I ordered the variety pack and then the red. I didn't sign up for automatic shipments to be sent. I didn't authorize my credit card to be automatically used at their discretion. That's what happened.

Hi there Kate, we’re sorry to hear you were surprised by the subscription renewal. We understand how frustrating an unexpected renewal can feel, but we do want to point out how clearly our subscription option is presented throughout the purchase process.
Every product page clearly provides two separate purchase options: “Buy it once” at the one-time purchase price, or “Subscribe and save 10%” at the discounted subscription price. Directly below that, we explain the subscription benefits, including 10% off every order, free shipping, free gifts, and “no commitment, cancel anytime.” Customers can also select their preferred renewal frequency before subscribing.
If the subscription option is selected, the add-to-cart button specifically says “Subscribe,” so the purchase type is clear before the order is submitted.
The subscription is also clearly disclosed again at checkout. In bold print under the order total, the checkout states that the order has a recurring charge. Before clicking “Pay Now,” customers are also shown a disclaimer stating that the cart contains an automatically renewing subscription and that, by clicking Pay Now, they expressly agree to be automatically charged the recurring amount shown in the cart, plus applicable taxes, until the subscription ends or is canceled.
The order confirmation email also identifies the purchase as a subscription and provides the date of the next renewal. Customers receive another email four days before each renewal as a reminder and an opportunity to make changes or cancel.
We also make subscription management readily accessible. Customers can log in through the “Already a subscriber? Manage your subscription” link on our website using a secure one-time code sent to the email associated with the account. Our Customer Support team is available 7 days a week at [email protected] to help manage, pause, or cancel a subscription.
We’re sorry this was not the experience you expected, but we have made a significant effort to clearly distinguish one-time purchases from subscriptions at the product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation, and renewal stages. We would still be happy to review your specific order and help resolve any outstanding concerns if you reach out to our team.
