Grasshopper Bank decreased our anxiety!
We are a start up company and have had a wonderful experience with Grasshopper Bank. From ease of setting up the account to clear communication and easy access to support staff when needed, I can’t say enough about this bank. It took away our digital banking anxiety. We originally chose another digital bank and it was taking weeks to set up our account with horrible customer service so we decided to try Grasshopper and we are so glad we did!

Larry deserves a raise!
I am trying to get my new business started, finalize an SBA loan (through a different bank), satisfy franchise requirements, and a list of other things. There was one day specifically, when I had to call your bank numerous times to satisfy the needs of all these other people. I spoke with a few people over the phone and they were all very helpful. But I know I spoke with Larry at least three times on that one day alone, and he was so kind and so helpful! I think he knew I was stressing a but, but he just got me through everything I needed as though he were an old friend. I really wanted to just hug him by the end of the day, he was so amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the exact date… I know it was sometime around April 26th-ish.

Great bank that supports start-ups
The team at Grasshopper is always really easy to work with. They're one of the few banks who care about start-ups and small businesses. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Glad I made an account with Grasshopper
Every time I call, the customer service representative Larry is always very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. He also gives me pertinent additional information that I didn't know I needed.

Wonderful Customer Service!
Coming from a larger bank the customer service is outstanding! At my old bank, I was treated quite poorly and had bad interactions with customer service. They would not listen to me, made me jump through endless hoops, and never respected my time. As a small business owner this was super frustrating. Grasshopper has been the complete opposite. They listen to me, are prompt in their delivery and emails and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
