There are real and friendly people to help when the online experience is not solving an issue. Responses are quick and have resolve the issue or answered the question with minimal back and forth.

One month of business checking account…
One month of business checking account use. PayPal, Wix and online platforms accept it. I received interest. Transactions take 2-3 days. I haven't used large amounts yet.

SUPER EASY/CUSTOMER FRIENDLY A+++
The online access creation and funding of the account was beyond seamless! I even sent a message to inquire about opening a savings as well! Literally rcv’d a response in an hour. I see now why this was a top priority 10 online bank. Glad I made this choice!

Exceptional customer experience! Karen was the best! It was a chat then turned into a call support, she offered to give me a call to guide me on resolving the problem I encountered. I'm just glad to experience such an excellent service! Keep it up!
