Prompt and Kind Customer Service
I made my first major payment and Grasshopper's security team promptly notified me and ask me to verify the payment to ensure it was me. I was really grateful for the security and the kindness of the team that reached out.

Great bank for small businesses!
We’ve had Grasshopper for several months now and love it! Great options, clean interface, and super helpful, available customer service - I love that you can talk to a person if you need help!

Positive experiences
Katie, my service representative, was very quick, kind, thorough, and pleasant to talk to. I believe I made the request over the weekend, not expecting my transaction to be looked at until Monday, but she had the whole process completed by then. There was another time I needed help with my account, and the representative at that time was also very helpful and clear with directions. It was quickly resolved as well. Very grateful, and will definitely keep banking with Grasshopper in the future. Thanks so much!
