2.5 years in, still happy
Still a happy banking customer with Grasshopper. Transfers (ACH) now appear to going out faster, which is a plus, previously it was like 2-3 days, now it's closer to 1-2 days. Support times are also good, in-app, so no complaints there. I have not had to call in the past year, so I can't rate that right now, but everything appears to be humming along.

Great Customer Service
Called in on a holiday expecting long wait times and my call was answered almost immediately. Larry helped me with an issue I had on my account and was very friendly and ensured that I was taken care of and all of my questions were answered. Thank you!
