I love Grand Home Furnishings. A little disappointed this time as was sent wrong love seat and now have to wait 4/6 weeks for correct one. Hard to reach salesperson on phone. Will still shop there. Would like to have some compensation for the wait. Either discount or 2 pillows to match chair.

Our sales person was great. He was attentive but not overbearing. He honestly explained the differences in furniture and even steered us away from some pieces that, while he would've made more money off of us from them, were not a great fit for us. Our sofa was a special order so we've not gotten it in yet, but if the sofa is anywhere near as good as the service from our sales person, it should be great!

I have bought several items from our local store and have outstanding service. The products have been of great quality and lasted longer than expected. I recommend them often.
