My salesman was Don he was like shopping with family

I have never really furniture shopped by myself before, so the customer service was great. They told me to take my time and try all the beds in the store. I would recommend them to my friends.

I put a recent review on here giving them a 1 star and explained why. I immediately got response from the manager of JC store and they made things right with me. I had been dealing with salesman, when management called me personally, they were great and more then helpful. They made things right for me and made me a happy customer once again. My advice, ,, if you have a problem, go straight to management. They made sure I left a happy customer. So I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I'd shop there again knowing that management manages the right way.

Junk furniture, hard to know sales person's hours, impossible to locate factual product info in store
