I was greeted when I came in the door and given a Coke. Then I was asked what I was looking for. I was shown to where it was, and all my questions were answered. I did not feel pressured to buy, in fact I came back another day to make the actual purchase. It all went smoothly. Even the delivery went well, although they arrived later than I had hoped, but they did the job quickly and efficiently. I will buy there again. Thanks
