Bought 2 couches and a recliner. Leather is coming off. I believe I was sold this furniture as true leather and it turned out to be some kind of blend

first time customer at wise va store the sales lady was very nice and helpful finding the right mattress and bed for my mom and delivery people were nice and did a fine job we are very pleased with everything we bought and plan on being a customer for life also thanks to lady that helped us with financing

On delivery I noticed a problem with item and asked driver to turn it over so I could inspect. Driver said he didn't need an attitude. Was very rude and had a negative tone. I called and complained and was told "That's one of are better drivers". Sure would hate to see the bad ones!

I recently moved into a new home. We needed a new couch, so I went to Grand to purchase one. I was in a bit of a hurry as my belongings were in a moving truck. Unsure of the best way to pay for my purchase, the salesperson told me that I could finance for 90 days, and that would be the same as cash. That worked for me as my other option was to put it on my credit card. I called on the day that my first payment was due, to PAY MY ACCOUNT IN FULL, and they had added 12% on the cost of my couch! They intentionally lied to me. SCAM. I have three rooms still to furnish and you can be assured I will be shopping elsewhere.

We have dealt with Grand in Christiansburg,VA.for many years and with one salesman ( G.C.) in particular who has been very helpful in guiding us to the best items for our particular needs at each particular visit. We have come to trust and respect his guidance and been happy with each and every purchase we have made from Grands. On our last Purchase G.C. advised he had received an advancement in bedding and would have to turn us over to another sales person. We asked G.C. to please help us as much as possible and he did so and we purchased bedding and a headboard and C.G. gave the sale to a co-worker. We sure appreciated his assistance! The delivery guys did a good gob even though they had to come back to finish the job (no big deal). The bed is wonderful!!!

Didn't tell me that when I bought a bed that if I didn't like it I could return it but would be stuck with the box springs. I paid over 3,000 dollars for the bed, got back 249.00. I hope Grand enjoys because I'll never buy from them again.

We bought several pieces of furniture there. The salesmen, the manager and assistant manager were always very polite and welcoming. They continued to send out repairmen to try to fix a warped desk frame, chipping paint, a drawer which would not close, etc. Additionally, an offer was made to replace the whole set with an identical one, in a different color, from another location. We could not use the other color, and that may have had the same problems. This continued over a year with no satisfactory repair, so we still have the set. To our surprise, no credit was every offered to stand behind the product they sold us.
