Quality product. We love our new Montauk coffee table. It was delivered within a few days after ordering. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and the finished product is beautiful and sturdy. Solid wood furniture is the best! A great company to work with.

Just finished a 3-piece bedroom set (2 dresser and a nightstand) and have mixed reviews and warnings to anyone thats thinking of buying this furniture. First the good, very impressed with the material, I did not want to spend a ton on a bedroom set, but did not want particle board. Being a fairly knowledgeable and experienced woodworker, I was surprised that in the instructions there wasn't any mention of using wood glue. If you want to have a sturdy piece of furniture you need to use glue. Next they say use a screwdriver and not a drill. Again if you want a sturdy piece of furniture .... Next the drawer slides. The ones included only allow the drawer to open halfway. I am spending my own money to install longer ones. Its decent furniture when it is done, its just the company needs to review this.

I took a chance and purchased a nightstand and dresser because they claimed they were solid wood. How pleasantly surprised I was when they actually are constructed of solid wood. Very good quality furniture. I love these pieces. I can only add that it will take quite a bit of patience to assemble but well worth it. The price for this quality is an awesome find. Will purchase from them again if needed.

Received defective product that wasn't known until after assembly, there was no way to foresee these issues before assembly, and conveniently for them they don't offer refunds after assembly. Wonder why (sarcasm). Not an ethical company in reality. Terrible customer service, F rating on BBB. Wasted of hundreds of dollars on bad products. "Cheap" for a reason. Just avoid.

Several items I ordered were faulty and despite months of trying, no replacement parts have been sent. If you have a problem, good luck getting it resolved. Their customer support is a nightmare and there are long delays between messages that seem more intended to stall than solve problems. I regret giving Grain Wood my business.

I could not have had a better experience. I ordered directly from Grainwood a Shaker Panal Platform Bed in Cherry. The company's price was less than other vendors selling the same item. Shipping (2 boxes) was ultrafast with Fed Ex. The bed finish was excellent. Instructions were clear and simple with bed components well marked. It took 2 people about 2 hrs to assemble. Based on my experience I would definitely order again from Grainwood
