I’m very happy with this five-drawer chest! One of my favorite things about it is that it’s made of real wood, so it feels sturdy, durable, and high quality—not like inexpensive particleboard furniture. Assembly was surprisingly easy, and the instructions were clear and simple to follow.

I'm a first time customer and was super impressed. First off, the communication was clear and concise. They're not spammy at all like a lot of other companies. Second, the packaging was really high quality. You can tell they care about getting you your furniture without it getting dinged up. We got the Mid Century Spindle Set + Cascais Round Dining Table and both were perfectly packed, with clear labeling which was super helpful during assembly. The furniture itself was really nice too (honestly best I've ever owned). You can tell it's quality and thoughtfully designed. Assembly was super easy, instructions are clear. Overall, super impressed, and would buy again. Love supporting a family-owned company!

This bedroom set is absolutely beautiful and has the look and feel of high‑end designer furniture. The craftsmanship is excellent, the pieces are incredibly sturdy, and assembly was surprisingly easy. I’m thrilled with this purchase.

The furniture is well made and gives lots of storage space. Bigger drawers than all other dressers we looked at. Very happy that it’s real pine wood that they source locally. Very nice looking, especially the gray metal handles with the mocha stain. The nightstand was out of stock and they were great in communicating about it. Notified me when it was restocked and it was shipped immediately. Great experience.

I recently purchased a dining table from Grain Wood Furniture and I could not be more impressed. The table itself is absolutely exceptional — even prettier in person than I expected. The wood grain is beautiful, the craftsmanship is solid, and the table is incredibly sturdy and well made. It truly exceeded my expectations in both quality and appearance. Unfortunately, the tabletop arrived with some dents and marring from shipping. I contacted customer service expecting the typical long, frustrating process, but they immediately stepped in and took care of everything. From the time I explained the issue to the replacement tabletop being arranged took less than 24 hours. The entire experience was quick, professional, courteous, and completely stress-free. Shipping issues can happen with any company, but outstanding customer service like this is rare. Grain Wood Furniture truly stands behind their products and values their customers. Between the beautiful quality of the table and the incredible customer support, I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Exceptional products and service! I ordered both a bed and dining room table and benches. I love them all - solid wood, well made and beautiful. I got free shipping and received my items in days. Customer service was great as well. I will be ordering the wardrobe next!

I ordered the shaker table 44" in espresso (a color, not a drink). The whole ordering process was easy and the ecommerce workflow will send you an email with every status update. Even information about how the furniture gets manufactured. When I placed my order, a false fraud alarm came up, but Grain Wood Furniture solved this in no time. I like my table very much and the quality is superb.

I was looking for solid wood furniture, but everything I was finding was so expensive. Then I found Grain Wood Furniture. Our order arrived pretty quickly. My husband and I assembled everything. It was fairly simple. It did take some time for each piece, but while we were assembling it, my husband kept saying, "Wow, this is really solid! This is really high quality." He kept noticing how sturdy each piece is and was more impressed than he expected to be. One great thing is that they send extra screws / nails / bolts just in case one or two of them accidentally wanders off. The bedroom set really is beautiful! We got the Driftwood color and it has a peaceful, beachy feel, which was exactly what we wanted. The drawers open and close easily. Yes, it did take some time to assemble each piece, but it would have cost 3-4 times as much to get such high quality delivered already assembled. This furniture is worth the price and the time to assemble it. I can see this furniture lasting for decades and holding up well. Also during assembly I noticed one of the drawer sides was damaged. The wood was splitting quite badly. I sent an email to Grain Wood Furniture customer service about this problem, and WITHIN 33 MINUTES they had responded AND sent me an email confirmation for a replacement piece to be shipped to me. Excellent customer service! FWIW, I chose to wait a few months before writing a review to make sure that we still liked our furniture. We do! We love it! We are so happy that we chose this set from this company! I highly recommend Grain Wood Furniture!
