Very helpful customer service when accidentally sending tickets to an email I had lost access to, very quickly rectified and sent to a new email address

Needed to book access for my son and they were very quick to come back to me, all sorted in the space of a few hours!

I went to a Roundhouse gig for Ibrahim Maaloof, probably one of the best I’ve been to in a long time!

I managed to delate the email for tickets I bought a while ago and contacted Gotobeat. I received an automated reply advising what to do to find them, but then also received a very helpful reply also from a staff member, called Eunice, who resent the link to my email address herself, along with a lovely email explaining this. This is a company that cares about the people it provides a service for and goes above and beyond what is necessary. Thank you Eunice.

Andrea from customer support helped me a lot she is amazing. The issue i had had nothing to do with the purchasing of the tickets- it was really easy i just misspelled my email. Anyways give my girl a raise

Update: Tickets issued to new email address next day so happy to retract previous gripe, but not quite 5 stars due to the time it took Customer Service to respond. However, thank you for forwarding the tickets, my family member can now relax! A family member bought tickets from this site, not realising the linked email address is an extremely old one that is no longer accessible. Emailed Customer Services (only option to contact them) to try to get tickets for gig, which is in 4 days time, resent to an alternative email address, but no reply after 3 days and time is running out. Appreciate they are not obliged to help but I would not be buying from a company that doesn’t seem to value their paying customers. Please rectify this issue ASAP to restore our faith and I can amend this review. I much prefer giving 5 stars!

Confirmation email never came after purchasing ticket. Raised my issue with Gotobeat and they resolved it quickly.
