Highly recommended. I was amazed by the professionalism of their team. As soon as I placed my order i received an email that it was not available, yet with a replacement for it (same item) and when I placed a new order, their CS rep called me to follow up and returned the difference I paid for the new order.

Great! Ordered my item December 3rd and contacted the company to let them know that I need the item by Christmas. Today (Dec 20th) my Givenchy pouch arrived just in time for Christmas! The pouch is beautiful and comes with the authenticity cards, dust bag, and box. Lovely items to give as gifts and are decently priced!! There is a bit of a wait to receive the item but that’s to be expected. Thank you!

Purchased a $900 dress with the promise of 2-4 days delivery. 30 days and several emails and phone calls on my end, I kept receiving empty promises and decided to dispute my order, as I wasn’t able to get my money back!! Don’t purchase from this company, the service is horrendous, the staff is rude and the goods don’t show up as promised!! Highly disappointed, especially is the low morale of their service support team (incl. their managers)

I ordered from gothelist on 8th December, and I’ve tried to reach out to them to get my order information. However, I’ve tried to email, WhatsApp and have called them and the responses were all robot. I’m still waiting for my order and their customer reply.
