Hi Irune, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're incredibly sorry for the experience that you had on THE LIST. This is far from the excellence that we aim to achieve, and that most of our customers receive. I have looked into your situation personally, and have alerted all relevant teams and managers to ensure that something like this doesn't repeat itself. We very much would like to make this right, and turn this situation around for you - I will be reaching out to you personally. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback, it's incredibly useful so that we can continue to learn and grow. Your Customer Care Team, THE LIST

This website is amazing, they have a huge variety of products from various brands with good prices. The customer service replies very fast and works very efficiently to solve any issues. Only from time to time, some items go out of stock and the website wouldn't be updated yet. But I highly recommend this website because it is really great!

Paula
Hi I recently purchased a LV bag but when it came it looked nothing like the condition it looked like on line However, it arrived on the morning I was leaving for holidays and although I decided it needed to be returned , but I did not realise I only had 14 days to return it .. so when I found out I was too late to return .. I contacted costumer services and was guided through and excused by Filipa .. my return was accepted and my money reimbursed .. whilst the product I received was disappointing the costumer service by Filipa was excellent it was 5 star

Paula, thank you for your detailed feedback. We're sorry to learn that your purchase arrived in a condition that was less than perfect. We've raised this with our partner, and we are grateful that you have taken the time to let us know so that we can ensure that this won't happen again. Despite this, we are very happy, that you had a wonderful experience with Filipa. I've passed this on directly to her. We look forward to welcoming you back to THE LIST soon, so you can get a positive experience that most do. Your Customer Care Team, THE LIST
