Scammers!
Scammers!! Send them books in PERFECT condition, they lie and claim 'rejected.' If you get scammed by them, be sure to file a BBB complaint as well as a consumer complaint with the Arkansas State Attorney General's office.

My book got lost by UPS and gotextbooks…
My book got lost by UPS and gotextbooks handled the claim and paid me the amount they had quoted. The matter was taken care of in less than 24 hours.

As many have said…
As many have said, they quote you a high amount (for something you noted as being a USED book) and then once sent in they’re “rejected” for BEING USED and you can’t do anything about it since it costs money to get your books back. Scamming college kids who are just trying to make 1/5 of the $ back they spent on textbooks is pretty messed up to me. Will never use again.

If your book did not pass the grading process you would have been notified as of the reason as per our terms outlined at the time you created your order.
