Sent perfect condition textbooks to them with their provided shipping label. Waited the 5 business days per website to contact them about why I haven't heard anything from them. They claim package wasn't received. Shows delivered to their dock. I was advised to file a claim with UPS. Not able to on their website as there is no account number linked to their shipping label. If you don't want any money for your books you paid hundreds of dollars for go with this company. If not, go with another company. I will update if they respond and provide refund for books. Until then review stands...... UPDATE: After emails back and forth with Michael about me reaching out to UPS. And UPS saying they couldn't file a claim due to me being a 3rd party, somehow the books must have made a miraculous appearance. I was finally issued a refund. They still only get 2 stars for all the back and forth between them and UPS and unnecessary delays.
