Hi Tucker, I am sorry to hear you did not received a reply to your question. Your Psychology book was received in less than good condition, and therefore you were offered a lower quote which you have since accepted and have been paid out for. We will follow up your previous email with pics of the condition the book was received in. My apologies for any mis-understanding.
