I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered 2 smart bulbs with large screw fixings. They sent large bayonet one. When I contacted them they said they never made screw fixings. Luckily I took a screen shot of my order as proof. I returned the whole order back 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me. Now I have no product or money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Tried ordering 2 smoke detectors from Gosund on two separate occasions both times weeks and told it’s a third party supplier unfortunately I will never order from you again

i placed an order in January. 2 of 3 items were shipped. it is now March and the 3rd item still has not shipped. They have had my full payment over a month. The orginal order claimed shipment in 2 to 5 days. I contacted them and asked for proof of shipment or partial refund. They promptly responded with apology and siad the item already shipped but failed to provide tracking information. Their website still indicates awaiting shipment. I will have to dispute the charge. I have many of their devices and am pleased with them. I can't recommend buying from Gosund directly. Use Amazon or a reputable supplier.

Terrible company avoid as they do not answer any emails. I put in an order as I thought a good deal. This company then changed the order although I got a part refund for the items they are not sending, but I would not have placed the order otherwise as the deal is not as good as their flash deals stated? Beware and don’t deal with this company you have been warned. Luck I paid PayPal.

This is just an Update to my previous review. After 23 days the items were shipped and delivered. Old review: Dont buy any item from there Website. It will never be shipped or deliver. I had to wait over 20 days for the order to be shipped and they never did.
