gosund.comReviews of gosund.store

This is just an Update to my previous review. After 23 days the items were shipped and delivered. Old review: Dont buy any item from there Website. It will never be shipped or deliver. I had to wait over 20 days for the order to be shipped and they never did.

Have owned multiple gosund light bulbs for a few years now. Despite their limitations in connection and recognition with other control apps I have been happy to perceive. However upon logging on this evening to adjust light levels for our dog to sleep it was akin to clicking on a shopping link. I understand all free to use apps need ad revenue but when I have ready made the upfront purchase of the item its then derogatory to strip its functions away and bombard me with adverts

I purchased two Gosund RGB bulbs via Amazon (Who now no longer seem to sell them?) about 2 years ago. Today I got a new hub and as such changed my network password, and had to reconnect all my smart devices. I had no problems at all with my 'Amazon Echo', My 'Eufy Security Camera' or my various 'Tapo Smart Sockets'. No matter what I tried, I could not get the Gosund RGB Bulbs to connect using updated network settings. I downloaded the latest software etc, and still no luck. I remember it being a bit of a nightmare trying to set them up in the first place, so today they go in the bin and I have ordered 'Tapo' ones instead. Setting up smart devices should not be this painful or time consuming... PS: I am an IT Specialist, so it's not a case of my not knowing what I am doing.
