They stole my money- never delivered…
They stole my money- never delivered the products ordered - their “tracking” hasn’t moved and although they can not lie saying their products were delivered to me…. I’ve written this company 4 times to refund me and cancel the order and they NEVER REPLIED. Not even once. I order on Sept 1,2023- it is now Oct 10,2023. I paid and they won’t reply! What in the world is someone supposed to do???? I’ve had plugs from them n use their app prior to this so I never imagined GOSUND WAS A SCAM COMPANY but not replying SAYS IT ALL!!!! Do NOT ORDER FROM GOSUND! I wrote again tonight to these emails - (won’t let me post an email here. Sorry) and I JUST got THIS reply from GoSund from THIS email address in case this helps someone out there:(won’t let me post an email here. Sorry) I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEIR REPLY MEANS!!! I DONT CARE WHATEVER THEY “SAY”- I WANT A REFUND! So it’s not as if their reply DOES ANYTHING! “ airline handover problem at departure transport hub 9/9/23” Then refund me!!!Unforseen things happen all the time with sales and with shipping but to not reply and not automatically refund someone’s money after a month and 10 days since they placed the order is criminal and there is no excuse for that. That is not an ethical company that I want to do business with. UPDATE ONE DAY LATER AND MANY SCREENSHOTS AND EMAILS SENT AND THEY SAY THEYVE REFUNDED ME BUT IT YAKES 3-4 DAYS TK SHOW UP. I’ll BE BACK IF AND WHEN IT DOES. (10/11/23) Update 11/2/23 - They REFUNDED me! I have recieved it!!! I hope everyone else does too! I won't order from them again but at least they aren't creepy!
